SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All parcels are mailed within a reasonable time limit, i.e. 48 to 72 hours after receipt of payment, unless a notice to the contrary is given by FLUXX Jewelry, and are packaged for secure transportation.
Conditions beyond our control (bad weather, strikes, customs, etc.) may entail additional delays. Customs duties may apply for deliveries outside of Canada.

When the delivery is free, products are sent in letter or small parcel format and deliveries are made to your letter box. If you have any comments or suggestions regarding the methods of payment of FLUXX Jewelry, please do not hesitate to contact us. All orders are in Canadian dollars and must be paid in full before delivery by FLUXX Jewelry. If you want to know the approximate value in US$ or Euros, go to http://www.le-convertisseur.com/convertisseur-devises.html or http://www.xe.com/ucc/; the purchase price in Canadian dollars will be converted, based on the currency and in real time, by your credit card issuer at the time of purchase.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At FLUXX Jewelry, we ensure that all items sold on the Website, at the boutique and at tradeshows are in perfect condition. We want to provide you with jewellery that is in keeping with your expectations.
In the event of breakage or defect resulting from normal wear and tear, we will repair or exchange the product, at no additional cost, for a period of one year after the date of purchase upon presentation of the invoice. If the useful life of the product or normal wear and tear conditions are exceeded, there may be a fee.
- Online purchases
If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 15 days of the date of purchase so that we may come to an arrangement. We agree to reimburse, repair or exchange any item that is returned in its original state and accompanied with the invoice. Damaged items will not be exchanged or reimbursed and items without invoices will not be reimbursed. There is an administration fee of 5% of the purchase price in $CDN for the reimbursement of any items sold on FLUXX’s Jewelry Website.
- Purchases made in person
If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 15 days of the date of purchase so that we may come to an arrangement. We agree to repair or exchange any item that is returned in its original state and accompanied with the invoice. Damaged items will not be exchanged or reimbursed and items without invoices will not be reimbursed.
